This week we were able to utilise our free feijoa's and make a Feijoa Slice, (Zoe's receipe). It was so yummy! We all had some and even managed to give some to Mr Brell and Mrs McLaren! Here is the receipe, and you can substitute for any fruit. Bon Apetite!

Feijoa Slice
Ingredients
Butter, Golden syrup (melted together)
Brown sugar, rolled oats, flour, coconut (mix)
Fejioa’s
Cut up the fejioa’s into slices.
Lay the cut fejioa’s on the bottom of the tray, Pour the mixture over top of it.
Cook at 180 degrees, cook for 15 to 20 minutes,
Served with whipped cream .
